TR102 Internet Trolls & Trolling Course

Course Description

This is the first mini course in a unit on Disinformation. In this course, students will explore the tactics of internet trolls and the critical role of disinformation in today's digital landscape. The course will cover how to identify troll behaviors, recognize fake accounts, and detect manipulative tactics designed to spread misinformation. Students will also learn effective strategies to manage and avoid troll interactions, fostering a safer and more positive online environment.

Students have 1 day to complete the course. If the course takes longer than 1-day, you can re enroll. There is no quiz or exam. Students must complete the course survey to earn a certificate of completion
